Make one complete supplement list
Include prescription medicines and nonprescription products, even those marketed as natural or used only occasionally. Bring labels or photographs so names and ingredients are clear. If several products overlap, ask the clinician to review the full list together. Keep personal health information for an appropriate clinical channel rather than ordinary email.
Explain the goal behind the product
Perhaps you are trying to understand a symptom, respond to a previous result, or simplify a complicated routine. Say which of those matters most. Ask whether additional information would change the recommendation and whether testing has a clear purpose in your case. Avoid ordering a broad panel or starting new products just to prepare for the visit.
Leave with a plan that can be reviewed
If a change is recommended, ask what it is intended to address, how long it should be reviewed, and what would prompt reassessment. Clarify how the plan fits with your existing clinicians’ advice. Hyperwell’s nutrient-support information does not confirm a particular supplement, injection, laboratory panel, or infusion formulation. Your treating clinician must individualize any recommendation.
