Ask whether the quoted amount includes clinical assessment, the proposed formulation, administration, monitoring, and any follow-up. Request an explanation of optional additions and whether they have a specific rationale for you. Do not assume a more expensive or longer ingredient list represents a more appropriate treatment.
Ask how a decision against treatment is handled
Find out what happens if assessment shows that an infusion is not appropriate. Ask which fees apply in that situation and whether prepaid packages are refundable or transferable. If a subscription is offered, clarify how the need for repeat care is assessed rather than assuming a fixed number of infusions is suitable.
Compare convenience with clinical access
Mobile, group, and clinic-based services can have different practical arrangements. Confirm who evaluates you, who administers care, and what happens if a concern develops. Hyperwell has not confirmed mobile services, group offerings, formulations, or prices. This guide helps you compare questions to ask; it is not a statement that any of these service formats is available here.
