Repeat infusion packages: questions before prepaying

A package describes a purchase arrangement. Ask how the need for each visit is assessed rather than assuming a prepaid schedule is the right care plan.

Hyperwell editorial · 2 minute read

Understand why repetition is proposed

Ask what clinical purpose another visit would serve and which information would support it. Clarify whether the plan is based on your assessment or a standard menu. You should understand the reason for repeat care before comparing the discount on a bundle. This guide does not recommend a treatment frequency.

Read the terms for changes

Ask about expiration dates, refunds, cancellation, transferability, and what happens if treatment becomes inappropriate. Clarify whether assessment and other fees are separate. If a membership renews automatically, find out how renewal and cancellation work before enrolling. Keep a written copy of the terms.

Preserve the ability to reassess

Ask how you can raise concerns or request a review before the next visit. A financial commitment should not be mistaken for a clinical recommendation to continue. Hyperwell has not published infusion memberships or package policies. Confirm actual terms and individual suitability rather than applying another provider’s offer to this practice.

Make the conversation yours

Questions to take with you.

  • What would justify another infusion?
  • What happens to prepaid fees if the plan changes?
  • How is suitability reviewed before repeat care?
