Bring your preferences and history
Write down what you notice, what you hope to discuss, and what you would like to preserve. Include prior procedures, relevant medical history, current products and medicines, and any reactions. If you have treatment records from another practice, ask whether they would be useful. Keep personal details for the clinical intake channel.
Expect an explanation before a choice
Ask the clinician to explain the options, why one is proposed, and which limitations matter. Clarify the product, proposed use, relevant risks, alternatives, and expected follow-up. A consultation can also establish that a procedure is not appropriate or that another approach deserves consideration. You do not have to consent simply because an appointment has been reserved.
Understand the practical next step
Ask whether treatment is planned for a separate visit, what preparation instructions apply, and which fees are associated with each step. Hyperwell has not confirmed same-day treatment or a product menu. Verify availability, clinician identity, and individual recommendations before making arrangements around a procedure.
Make the conversation yours
Questions to take with you.
- What options fit the concern I described?
- What should I understand before consenting?
- Is the next step more assessment, treatment, or time to decide?
