Aesthetic maintenance: decide one review at a time

A previous procedure does not create an obligation to repeat it. Review your preferences and the clinical recommendation before making the next decision.

Revisit what matters now

Your goals may have changed since the first consultation. Explain what you liked, what you questioned, and what you want to preserve. Ask the clinician to review the current situation rather than automatically repeating an earlier amount or procedure. You can bring previous records to make the discussion specific.

Ask what reassessment involves

Clarify how the need for further treatment is evaluated and what alternatives exist. If a subscription or package encourages a set schedule, ask how that fits with individual assessment. Do not treat promotional reminders as clinical instructions. The appropriate timing and treatment, if any, depend on the actual care decision.

Understand flexibility and cost

Ask about fees, cancellations, and what happens if you decide to wait. A maintenance plan should leave room for changes in health, finances, priorities, or interest. Hyperwell does not promise a repeat-treatment schedule, membership, or particular aesthetic result. Confirm the individual recommendation and written terms before committing.

Make the conversation yours

Questions to take with you.

  • Do my current goals still support another procedure?
  • How is the need for repeat care assessed?
  • What are my options if I want to pause?
