Start with dates and access
Tell the team when and where you will travel and whether you may be difficult to reach. Ask whether an appointment or refill decision is likely during that period. Do not assume a clinician can provide care from every destination. Hyperwell’s telehealth eligibility and visit formats have not been confirmed.
Ask the pharmacist product-specific questions
Bring the exact medicine name and label when discussing storage, transport, supplies, or travel delays. Ask where to find the official instructions for that product. An online recommendation for another formulation may not apply. For border or airline requirements, consult the relevant official travel authorities rather than assuming this general guide covers them.
Write down the fallback plan
Clarify whom to contact if travel interrupts the plan or a medicine is unavailable. Confirm how you will obtain individual advice and what information the team will need. Avoid taking extra medication or changing timing based on general website content. The practical goal is to reduce last-minute uncertainty, not create a separate travel prescription.
Make the conversation yours
Questions to take with you.
- Will any care decisions fall during my trip?
- Which product-specific transport instructions apply?
- How should I contact the team if access changes?
