Bring a realistic picture of your routine
Note typical meal opportunities, work hours, access to food, preferences, and the parts of planning that feel difficult. Include concerns about tolerating the current plan or affording proposed changes. You do not need to produce a perfect food diary. A few representative examples can make the discussion more concrete.
Ask which support is appropriate
Clarify what nutrition guidance the practice provides and whether a registered dietitian or another professional should be involved. Ask how any recommendation fits with existing medical advice or dietary restrictions. Avoid treating a general online target as a personal requirement. Your medical history and circumstances should shape individualized advice.
Choose a useful next review point
If you agree on a change, ask how to evaluate whether it is practical and what to bring to follow-up. Discuss how to raise concerns without waiting until a plan becomes unmanageable. Hyperwell has not confirmed dietitian services or a nutrition program package; available support must be verified before booking or payment.
