Ask what happens before a prescription
Find out how the clinic evaluates possible testosterone deficiency and which records it needs. Ask whether the consultation and any indicated testing are separate fees. Confirm the treating clinician’s identity and credentials. A low advertised monthly price tells you very little about the diagnostic process or whether treatment will be clinically appropriate.
Understand the continuing relationship
Ask how follow-up is arranged, how laboratory results are reviewed, and who handles questions. Clarify prescription and refill procedures without assuming that payment guarantees a renewal. If the service uses a membership, ask what happens if treatment is paused, changed, or no longer indicated. Record the answers so you can compare programs on the same terms.
Read the agreement before enrolling
Request the written scope, cancellation policy, and potential additional charges. Ask whether supplies, medication delivery, or visits outside the usual schedule carry separate costs. Hyperwell has not published TRT fees or product availability. Its hormone information is intended to help you prepare for evaluation, not to promise a specific prescription, formulation, or monthly package.
