Describe your actual sleep pattern
Note your usual sleep and work schedule, recent changes, and what you or someone close to you has noticed. Mention any previous sleep evaluation, recommendations, or equipment you use. Bring existing reports if requested. You do not need to choose a diagnosis before describing the concern.
Explain how it affects the day
Connect the concern to everyday examples: work, concentration, routines, or the goals that brought you to the visit. Ask whether sleep-related assessment should be considered before or alongside hormone questions. A website cannot determine whether hormones, sleep, another issue, or several factors explain your experience.
Ask who will coordinate next steps
If another evaluation is suggested, clarify who will arrange it and how results will return to the clinician managing your care. Ask what should happen while information is being gathered. Avoid treating an advertised hormone package as a substitute for understanding the original concern. Hyperwell has not confirmed sleep testing or sleep-specialist services.
Make the conversation yours
Questions to take with you.
- Could a sleep evaluation be relevant to this concern?
- Which existing sleep records would help?
- Who will coordinate any next steps?
